As a Business Development Representative / Appointment Setter, you'll be the heartbeat of our full-service home services company. You'll answer phones to schedule customers, place outbound calls/text to leads... received, manage customer databases, and schedule technicians & comfort advisors seamlessly. Let no call go unanswered. • eive all inbound calls for the company, including but not limited to: Scheduling sales appointments, Scheduling Service requests, Billing inquiries Pl • outbound calls that come from marketed leads for HVAC, plumbing, and our Mass Save Home Assessment divisions Cont • customers to remind them of annual preventative maintenance, as well as for service contract renewals Mainta • customer information from all lead sources in CRM Coordina • Energy Auditors & Sales team calendars and transfer accurate information from leads Attend bi- • thly meetings with Marketing Manager to go through lead effectiveness Confirm all • ointments and communicate changes with Energy Auditors & Sales team Follow-up with • stomers after appointments with Energy Auditors & Sales team Communicate with • stomers at certain intervals during installation project, including a post-installation survey Submit service req • ts on behalf of customers and perform follow-up calls after service visits Collect payments whe • ossible Perform additional job • ties as assigned and directed Rotating weekend and eve • gs availability required Requirements: Educational equirements and Experience: Minimum 1 year of experi • in customer service, appointment booking, and/or sales Experience in home services • plus Ability to communicate effect • ly in the English language. Multilingual a plus.
