- Must be able to rotate all positions: Grinder Operator, Gravy, Mix injection, Brine, Tumbler and Spice Room
- Set up machines, weigh, grinding, chopper, mixing, scales and to drive a jack
- Set up and tear down equipment
- Cross-trained within department as needed
- Responsible for completion of paperwork and other miscellaneous duties
- Also requires lifting, stooping, bending, reaching, pulling, and recording weights from scales
- Ability to operate the IPFS system
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- Work on the production line as needed
- Ability to read and comprehend meat inventories and formulas for product
- Ability to read specs
- Must be able to rotate within the department and other departments
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours and/or shifts
- Accuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessity
- Must be a self-starter and have good communication skills
- Must be a team player, but also must be able to work well alone
- Must have good basic math and reading skills
- Previous production/farm experience
- Previous Cargill experience
- Work history in the past 12 months
