- Build, optimize and scale backend services in Go
- Design and implement APIs and microservices powering financial applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products
- Write clean, maintainable, secure and performant code backed by automated tests
- 5+ years of professional experience with Go (Golang)
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns and best practices
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices
- Solid understanding of databases, distributed systems and cloud-native development
- Common data structures and algorithms knowledge
- Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless technologies on major cloud platforms
- Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
- Background in financial systems
- German language
