We’re very proud to have products that are loved by our customers, resulting in us being listed as the highest-ranked platform on G2.AI Solutions Director(Remote - US)We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Director to lead LLM and Gen AI data projects for enterprise clients. This role requires an exceptional blend of strategic thinking, strong client-facing skills, project management and operational skills as well as a deep understanding of the Gen AI landscape, specifically, LLMs and LLM datasets. The ideal candidate will not only ensure the successful execution of current LLM/Gen AI engagements but also scope and define new use cases from the ground up, collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique AI data challenges and identify solutions. Please note, coding experience, while not required, is highly desirable.The candidate must be able to maintain Eastern Time working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Project Leadership: Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of LLM data projects, from initial scoping and use case ideation with clients to project execution and delivery.Project Oversight & Risk Management: Drive project timelines, resource plans, and delivery quality. Identify bottlenecks early and proactively mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution across multiple work-streams.Team Leadership & Development: Build, lead, and mentor high-performing operations teams. Cultivate a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.Enterprise Client Partnership: Act as the senior point of contact for enterprise clients. Build trusted relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders and expand project scope through strategic advisory and delivery excellence.Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with different teams to define requirements and oversee the correct implementation of project setups.AI Insight and Thought Leadership: Stay current with AI technology advancements.Operational Excellence: Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and refine operational processes to drive scalability and operational efficiencies.Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience leading solutions-engineering teams or managing complex technical operations projects in client-facing roles, including experience in high growth start-ups.
• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. MBA preferred
• Executive-level communication skills; comfortable briefing CTOs and VPs
• Coding proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, JavaScript, or similar) preferred
• Deep working knowledge of LLMs, Gen-AI data pipelines, and evaluation methodologies preferred
• Coding experience in 1 or more languages
• Experience building and managing cross-functional teams
• Fluency with financial modeling, margin tracking, and resource forecasting
