About the role

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative focused on growing our Rev Share Partner network, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact across the security and access control industry. Your mission will be to build relationships with companies that sell and install access control systems and security cameras—helping them see the value in partnering with us and offering our solution to their customer base. You'll be on the front lines of growth, identifying high-potential partners and introducing them to a partnership model that drives recurring revenue for both sides.

What you'll do

  • Identify and prospect new partner opportunities through outbound outreach to security companies and access control system resellers/installers.
  • Engage and qualify leads via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to understand their business and explore fit for a Rev Share partnership.
  • Deliver compelling pitches that clearly communicate the benefits of partnering with our company and positioning our solution to their customer base.
  • Manage a pipeline of partner prospects using CRM tools, tracking engagement and next steps to move opportunities forward.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and feedback loops from the field are shared with marketing and product.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or channel sales—ideally in SaaS, security, or B2B tech.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a proven ability to build rapport and drive interest over phone, email, and video.
  • Highly self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously.

Experience working with channel/partner programs, or a background in the physical security industry, is highly desirable.
