At Amazon Advertising, we help millions of customers discover new products through personalized, relevant recommendations across the web. Our Advertising Sales teams partner with both new and existing brands to expand their presence on our platforms, supported by the Sales & Partner Enablement (SPE) organization. At the core of our sales technology stack is Salesforce, integrated with our suite of 1st-party applications, enabling our sales teams to efficiently manage every aspect of the customer journey - from initial lead generation through successful campaign execution. By continuously optimizing these tools and processes, we empower our sales teams to focus on what matters most: building strategic partnerships and driving growth in one of Amazon's fastest-growing businesses. Key job responsibilities Strategic Leadership Drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and 1st-party application programs while aligning with Amazon Advertising's business objectives and optimizing CRM operations. Talent Development Lead and develop a high-performing CRM team by establishing clear goals, providing growth opportunities, and fostering an environment of innovation and continuous learning. Solution Architecture Partner with engineering teams and vendors to design and implement scalable integration architectures, workflows, and API implementations. Stakeholder Management Build partnerships with leadership and technical teams to drive consensus on priorities and deliver scalable solutions that meet business requirements. Data Analytics & Reporting Track key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable insights to leadership. Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years Salesforce administration and CRM program management experience
  • 3+ years managing technical teams or Salesforce developers
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security frameworks
  • Experience leading Agile sprints, design reviews, and daily standups
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years Salesforce ecosystem management with enterprise-scale implementations
  • 4+ years technical leadership with demonstrated team growth and development
  • Expertise in Salesforce, AWS, and modern cloud integration architectures
  • Track record of optimizing Agile delivery and technical review processes
  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional leadership on strategic initiatives
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field

The base pay for this position ranges from $149,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $258,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
