Role will be 100% remote, but MUST be able to support PST hours. Location: Remote (MUST SUPPORT PST HOURS) Hours: M-F, 40 hour work week Job Description:

• We are seeking a bright and motivated individual to provide temporary contract management and administrative support for contract management project team.
• Responsibilities include contract administration and processing to support the project team with data entry, contract management tasks, and minor contract support. The successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently; manage high volumes of tasks with little guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick response or turnaround; and think creatively and be proactive in solving problems based on the project needs and goals.
• The candidate will also be client-service oriented, have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, have great organization skills and have the ability to easily switch gears.
• A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company is essential.
• 4 pieces of Scope: ML model development (will be doing a labeling exercise against contracts), Contract Relationship Mapping, Contract to Procurement system , Workorder Template Development

Required Qualifications:

• Strong written and oral communication skills are a must, as is the desire and aptitude for learning new concepts on the job.
• The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of recent experience as an legal administrative assistant.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
• Must have experience reading contracts
• Data entry experience
