  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex issues with build systems, integrations, and environments.
  • Help customers optimize their use of EngFlow’s products and ensure smooth adoption within their developer workflows.

  • Strong understanding of developer workflows and build systems (experience with Bazel or Buck/Buck2 is a big plus).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, C++, Java, Python, Rust, or JavaScript).
  • Comfortable in a Linux/Unix environment with experience in tools like Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with at least one cloud provider (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift).
  • Great communicator—able to explain complex technical concepts clearly in writing and on calls.
  • Experience writing or contributing to technical documentation or internal knowledge bases.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping engineers solve tough problems.
  • Bonus: experience working with async communication and distributed teams.

Benefits

We offer comprehensive medical, dental, vision benefits, 401k bonus, parental leave, and generous vacation. The team is fully remote but we enjoy meeting together in person several times a year at exciting destinations throughout the world. We value getting the work done and having fun while doing it, and have done numerous fun virtual team events such as chocolate, whisky and tea tastings, monthly team games, escape the room among other fun events.
