Remote Staffing Scheduling Coordinator - Nights, Weekends, Holidays

Join our supportive and forward-thinking team as a Remote Staffing Scheduling Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our organization provides optimal service to our clients' needs. As a full-time remote employee, you'll work closely with our team to fill open shifts, respond to emergencies, and adjust schedules as needed. About the Role:

  • Work from the comfort of your own home in Indiana, with a competitive salary and benefits package
  • On-call hours: Friday 5 pm PT - Monday 8 am PT, and weekdays 5 pm PT - 8 am PT
  • Work on designated holidays and receive an additional $300 stipend per holiday
  • Collaborate with our team to optimize schedules, foster strong relationships with clients and caregivers, and drive success

About You:

  • Driven by a sense of purpose and a commitment to excellence
  • Proactive, innovative, and a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in technology and electronic devices, with a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and best practices for handling PHI

Role Responsibilities:

  • Optimize schedules to match clients with compatible caregivers based on their individual needs and preferences
  • Respond to emergencies and adjust schedules as needed
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and caregivers, and provide exceptional support and communication
  • Manage time-off requests, sick time, and shift adjustments, and ensure caregivers are prepared for shifts with new clients
