As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of financial tasks, including contract management, grant administration, and budget preparation.

As a Fiscal Operations Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of financial systems, including Excel, Word, and other software applications. You will also have the chance to develop your skills in data analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and maintain financial and statistical data, including supporting documentation.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly invoices for NYC contracts.
  • Secure supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Manage budget and ancillary supporting documents required for government contracts, grants, and applications.
  • Prepare and submit remittance details to the finance department.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual Agency budget and processing of monthly rent payments.
  • Maintain and organize statistical data, including levels of service and personnel action forms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or similar job experience.
  • Good communication and computer skills in Excel and Word.
  • Proficient in basic office equipment.
  • Organized and able to multi-task with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with peers and supervisors in a collegial environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $41,000 per year ($22.52 per hour).
  • Full-time position with benefits, PTO, and vacation time.
