As a key member of our customer support team, you will be the voice of our brand, providing exceptional support to our global user base. As a User Experience Champion, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling high volumes of inbound calls, resolving user queries, and providing tailored solutions
  • Communicating effectively with users from diverse backgrounds, adapting to various accents and communication styles
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, escalating complex problems to relevant teams
  • Providing proactive follow-ups, sending outbound emails, and keeping users informed about query status
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve user issues and improve service delivery
  • Documenting user interactions, providing feedback, and contributing to process improvements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in call support, preferably with international clients
  • A background in sports, health, fitness, or related areas
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong command of English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve user concerns
  • Comfort with CRM tools, payment gateway tools, and other relevant software
  • Availability to work night shifts (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM IST) to align with international time zones
  • A user-first mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
