Job Summary:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, technicians, and internal reps through chat and email in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide prompt responses to all inquiries and offer appropriate solutions via chat/email
• Document all interactions and stay up-to-date on all scheduling policies
• Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity

Required Skills, Experience & Education:

• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and work well in a team environment
• A growth-mindset and drive to improve, with a focus on delivering exceptional service

Available Shifts:

• Monday - Saturday, closed Sunday, with rotating weekends
• Varying shifts between 10:00 am-6:30 pm MT, 10:30 am-7:00 pm MT, 11:00 am-7:30 pm MT, 11:30 am-8:00 pm MT, and 12:00 pm-8:30 pm MT
