Remote Service Desk Agent - Chat Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Agent to provide top-notch chat support to our clients in a fast-paced 24x7x365 environment. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, answering incoming chats, and providing exceptional customer service via our live chat channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via live chat, ensuring high levels of first call resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize a knowledge base tool and expertise to resolve issues efficiently, while maintaining accurate documentation in a ticket tracking system
  • Effectively manage multiple chats concurrently, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a professional demeanor in a dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a chat support or technical support role, preferably in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
  • Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to assess, triage, research, educate, and resolve incidents and requests related to enterprise software and hardware
  • High school diploma or GED with relevant work experience, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic organization
