International Legal Counsel - EMEA Remote

About the Role

As our Legal Counsel, you will be assisting with a wide variety of tasks:

• Contract review of all types of contracts and legal operations
• Labor law matters and HR operations : Onboarding/Offboarding, relation with our external service providers (lawyers, visa providers, accountants, etc.) around the world (North America/LATAM, EMEA, APAC).
• Legal watch on various legal topics applied to AI: IP, privacy
• Corporate matters

About You

Ideally coming from a legal educational background, you have 3+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel in a startup-like company. You’ll enjoy working with us if you think strategically but have the capacity to be nimble, pragmatic, and creative in solving problems. You will be required to be autonomous, independent, and communicative, as these are key to succeeding in a decentralized organization like ours. You also have great organizational and administrative writing skills.

You care about employee experiences and understand that diversity is great, but inclusion is key. You like to build things (almost) from scratch and thrive in a fast-growing international environment. Solid startup or entrepreneurial experience is also preferred. Fluency in both French and English is mandatory for this position.
