Your mission

As the Global Event Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing our international event strategy. This pivotal role demands a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing high-impact events on a global scale. • Event Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global event strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of events, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, and virtual experiences.
• Logistics and Execution:
  • Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, travel coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of all event elements to deliver a world-class experience for attendees.
• Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
• Global Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to align event objectives with overall business strategies.
• Brand Representation:
  • Ensure events align with and reinforce the company's brand identity, messaging, and positioning.
• Post-Event Analysis:
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze metrics, and provide insights to continuously improve future events.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for effective lead management and follow-up strategies.
• Global Compliance:
  • Navigate and ensure compliance with international regulations and guidelines for events.

Your skills

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale, global events with a proven track record of success.
• Skills:
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in budget management, vendor negotiation, and logistics coordination.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with event technology platforms, tools, and analytics to enhance event execution and measurement.

Your interview process

There will be three online meetings :

• First meeting with Recruiter to align on position details
• Second meeting with Line Manager to have more in-depth discussion
• Third meeting with our CSMO, as the final step of the process
