  • Base Salary: $50,000
  • Commission: 30% on every deal you close
  • Your Earning Potential: $120,000 - $150,000+ annually
  • Deal Values: Ranging from $1,500 to $5,000 per
  • Appointment Volume: Currently 25-30 qualified appointments monthly (growing)
  • Expected Close Rate: 40% minimum, targeting 50%+

What You'll Be Doing

  • Converting qualified appointments set by our experienced hunter team
  • Conducting discovery calls with pre-screened restoration contractors
  • Closing deals with 40% minimum close rate, targeting 50%+ (volume growing)
  • Nurturing existing pipeline relationships to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Building long-term relationships with contractors who trust our proven results
