Medical Only Claim Representative Remote – Reporting to Little Rock, AR Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT (37.5 hours/week) $21.00–$23.00 per hour Build Your Career With Purpose at CCMSI At CCMSI, we don’t just process claims—we support people. Our employee-owners are empowered to grow, contribute, and make a meaningful impact. Job Summary We’re seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Medical Only Claim Representative to join our team. In this fully remote position, you’ll report to our Little Rock, AR branch and manage medical-only workers’ compensation claims for a variety of accounts and industries across the Arkansas jurisdiction. Responsibilities

  • Manage medical-only workers’ compensation claims from initial setup to resolution
  • File state forms and issue appropriate benefits per statutory requirements
  • Review and approve related medical bills and invoices
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in claim notes
  • Support the broader claim team by assisting with assigned tasks as needed
  • Ensure compliance with client handling instructions and CCMSI Best Practices

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in workers’ compensation or insurance
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with reliable follow-through in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Adjusters license is required or the ability to obtain within first 60 days of employment.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Arkansas workers’ compensation laws
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Prior experience supporting multiple clients or jurisdictions

Performance Metrics

  • Annual performance review
  • Timely and accurate claims handling
  • Adherence to client instructions and regulatory requirements
