We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join Legacy Construction Roofing, a leading company in the construction industry. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and resolving any technical issues efficiently.

In this role, you will be involved in a variety of projects related to troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems. Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Assist in the implementation of new technologies
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolution of issues
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate channels
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting when necessary
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of technical support practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and help desk software
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
