Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the HR team to identify staffing needs, participate in the recruitment process, and onboard new hires effectively. Performance Management: Work closely with managers to ensure fair and effective performance evaluations, providing guidance on performance improvement plans when necessary. Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues professionally, promoting a positive work environment and resolving conflicts as they arise. HR Policies and Compliance: Stay current with HR laws and regulations, ensuring that Walmart's policies and procedures remain compliant. Data Analysis: Utilize HR data and metrics to make informed decisions, identify trends, and propose strategies for improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in HR management and training, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and best practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline. Proficiency in HR software and tools.
