Job Description CVS Health is seeking diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our healthcare operations by ensuring the accurate and timely entry of patient and prescription data into our systems. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will work in a collaborative environment where detail orientation and efficiency are key to ensuring the integrity of our data. Data entry is a foundational component of our business operations, supporting pharmacy efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your role will involve handling confidential patient information; therefore, we require professionalism and adherence to all privacy regulations. Requirements 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Proficient in data entry and management. 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 4. Comfortable with computer systems and software applications. 5. Good typing speed with minimal errors. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Responsibilities 1. Enter and update patient information and prescription data with accuracy. 2. Review and verify data before entry to ensure accuracy. 3. Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents. 4. Maintain and update company databases and patient records. 5. Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies. 6. Generate reports and prepare presentations as requested. 7. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
