Who You Are We are looking for experienced Nurse Practitioners who will provide compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental care to our patients on a pay-per-encounter basis. Our pay-per-encounter model offers a unique opportunity to see patients with the flexibility of a 1099 position while having the stability of being a W2 employee. Our providers love that this gives them the ability to determine when they will see patients without the red tape involved in working as a 1099 contractor. Benefits • Competitive Salary • Full malpractice and tail coverage • Complete flexibility in scheduling - you tell us your availability and we provide the patients and submit the insurance claims Role • See patients via telemedicine using the technology platform provided by the practice • Create comprehensive patient assessments & aid in treatment planning • Complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements • Aid in building a physician referral network to attract new patients • Provide excellent, personalized patient care • Own the first take of resolving patients’ clinical inquiries and requests • Participate in patient care clinical case review with the Lead Psychiatrist as needed Qualifications • Must have appropriate Colorado state licensure for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP); multi-state licensure a plus (particularly AZ and/or MN) • 2 years of experience providing care • Bilingual in Spanish is not required, but preferred • Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software • Dedicated to providing the best patient care possible • Experience in integrative health a big plus • Excellent communication skills • Strong critical thinking skills • Preference given to candidates credentialed with insurance companies in CO Job Type: Part-time Pay: Up to $100.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Malpractice insurance Medical specialties: • Psychiatry Standard shift: • Day shift Weekly schedule: • Monday to Friday • Weekend availability Work setting: • Telehealth Experience: • Telehealth: 1 year (Preferred) • prescribing: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • PMHNP in CO (Required) Work Location: One location Apply Job!
