Identifying any discrepancies between the actual content of documents and the required content, and taking appropriate corrective measures. Taking ownership of the final closure of orders, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. Collaborating with closers and attorneys to address any missing documentation and ensure a smooth workflow. Updating the workflow system with any additional documentation as needed. Applying your expertise in HOA, Resale certificates, or Property manager-related knowledge of the US Market to enhance document quality. Conducting quality control checks on completed documents and following up on any outstanding issues. Ensuring documentation aligns with specific investor requirements. Requirements:To excel in this role, you will need: Basic knowledge of finance, which will be considered an advantage. Flexibility to work in the US shift as part of our startup culture. Access to a functioning laptop and a broadband connection with a minimum speed of 100mbps. Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
