 Create segment schedule for Activity Plan  Maintains advanced working knowledge of relevant applications, services, technologies, team-based productivity tools  Provide assistance with software and/or technology hiccups to maintain an organized session...  Oversee necessary paperwork including but not limited to material lists, attendance logs, and Medisk hours  Lead various segments through the day that will engage people receiving service  Support organizational development by working collaboratively with team to assess knowledge, skill and ability gaps and needs within the program  Provide oversight for review and evaluation of training new Moderators Requirements  A High School Diploma or GED  1+ years of experience working with people with intellectual disabilities.  Advanced knowledge of computer technology, including but not limited to logging in to a Zoom session, trouble shooting, screen share, and muting  Ability to captivate people in attendance with prepared segments Benefits  Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) DAY 1 BENEFITS  Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)  Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)  Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)  Short Term & Long Term Disability Apply Job!Â
