Job Details Core Responsibilities  Implement , manage, and troubleshoot core systems and networking issues  Assist in the development and maintenance of Disaster Recovery Planning, implementation, and testing  Manage capacity and performance of the backup infrastructure ensuring the integrity of the infrastructure on a day-to-day basis.  Monitor backup server environment, acknowledge incidents/problems, and resolving according to organization processes and procedures.  Provide general core infrastructure support and assistance.  Assist in the resolution of escalated support desk tickets  Creation and maintenance of SOP and Systems Documentation  Ensure operational compliance within departmental standards and general industry best practice.  Sharing progress reports with leadership teams and other departments to communicate changes and implementation of new technologies.  Lead and manage the communication with IT vendors and third-party companies.  Analyzing network data and infrastructure to determine inefficiencies and problems.  Managing project timelines, budgets, and documentation according to the PMBOK  Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance and security.  Implementation, integration, configuration, development, and support of all stages of the SD-WAN process  Implementing, maintaining, supporting, developing and, designing communication networks based on Cisco Meraki technologies and equipment  As prescribed in Kingspan IT Manual, maintain, and improve data availability, security, and integrity of the IT systems  Other duties as assigned. Experience / Skills  Working knowledge of network infrastructure standards & best practices  Cloud technology experience with an emphasis in MS Azure,  Office365 Administration  Systems Administration, Troubleshooting and Management  Skilled in Windows Server 2016, 2019 Implementation, Troubleshooting & Management  VMware & Virtualization technologies  Microsoft Active Directory in a multi domain environment  Security Best Practices  Meraki networking skills as essential, HP Aruba skills are desirable  Project Management skills  Documentation of IT processes, procedures, systems, and incidents as appropriate  Minimum 10 years of work experience in a similar role in corporate environment  Manufacturing environment experience  Relevant industry certification CCNA, CCAP, MCSE, Azure Administrator, Azure Network Engineer are a plus.
