DemandZEN is on the lookout for a REMOTE CALL CENTER SPECIALIST to join our dynamic team! Does this sound like you? • FEARLESS CALLER: You aren’t afraid to call new people. You actually thrive on making cold calls and engaging with decision-makers! • CAPTIVATING COMMUNICATOR: Your friends and family have a blast listening to you tell a story. You possess a strong phone presence and have great communication skills. • AMBITIOUS GO-GETTER: You have a positive, energetic attitude and a strong desire to succeed. Building relationships is one of your magic qualities. • TECH SAVVY: Familiar with cloud-based dialers, CRMs (like Salesforce), and messaging apps (like Slack). • AT LEAST ONE-YEAR OF EXPERIENCE: Don’t forget, skills can be transferable! You have at least one year of business development (BDR) experience, call center experience, door-to-door sales experience, lead generation, appointment-setting, sales experience, or something similar, and aren’t deterred by repetitive tasks. That’s me, so what’s the actual job? • SET UP ZOOM APPOINTMENTS for our Sales Team with prospective buyers. Basically you get to play middle-person and introduce people. • REACH OR EXCEED PERSONAL & TEAM GOALS on a monthly basis which also have a bonus and reward component attached. • LEARNING ABOUT NEW INDUSTRIES & TECHNOLOGIES to help you familiarize yourself with our clients and their customers. • COMPUTER & INTERNET REQUIREMENTS must be met in order to work from home. Reliable, hard wired internet connection and camera for video calls are required to get you through the first 90-days and then we will provide you company equipment after that. • TWO WEEK ONBOARDING PERIOD where you’ll learn all of the things to make you successful; starting tasks by day three to make sure you have an opportunity to meet goals quickly!
