The Allen CW Group is an Insurance Agency that represents a large portfolio of top-notch insurance and financial products offered by many of the most top-rated insurance carriers in the United States. We are seeking Licensed (Preferred) Life Insurance agents that are tired of the daily grind of a J.O.B. and wanting to own their own career. Are you ready for a change... I came into this business 4 years ago with no insurance experience. I owned a car dealership where I was working in a single location 80+ hours a week and missing out on my 8 year old son's activities. We plugged into a turnkey system and our mentors, and built our business to what it is today. We are a family atmosphere that puts your need and your goals first. We work for you, not the other way around. We help you get what you want in this industry, and we get to help families protect their legacy while doing so. What will you do as an agent? You will help clients with with protecting their legacy and their future through mortgage protection and life insurance. You will obtain clients through a state of the art lead generation system. Cold calls are a thing of the past. You don't have to call all your family and friends to get their business. We get you in front of families that want your help. You will follow up on the family's request for more information and meet your clients virtually. If you are not licensed we will help you get licensed. If you are new to sales we will teach you how to talk to people and provide them what they are looking for through the systems we have built in our Agency.
