Stay updated on Toyota products, services, and technology to provide up-to-date support to customers. Adhere to established quality standards and service level agreements. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in information delivery.
