Job Summary: The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and skilled Overnight Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers during overnight hours, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease.
