Job Description As a Client Assistance Specialist, your primary role will be to provide outstanding support and service to our valued customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements – Excellent verbal and written communication skills. – Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. – Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. – Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. – Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities – Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. – Resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives. – Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. – Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive customer support.
