What You Will Do: Provide live chat support by responding to inquiries on our clients’ websites and social media platforms. Address both routine customer support questions and assist with new customer sales inquiries. Be a reassuring presence that helps navigate solutions for a variety of issues. Rate: $35 per hour, depending on experience and effectiveness. Requirements: Must possess a smartphone, tablet, or laptop capable of accessing social media and web chat functionalities. Ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and manage your responsibilities effectively. Commit to at least 10 hours of work per week. Working Hours: Flexible, requiring a minimum of 10 hours per week.
