The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, a solid understanding of Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment. This role involves analyzing and visualizing data to provide actionable insights to various stakeholders, often in a collaboration with a remote and cross-functional team.Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with team members, including those working remotely, to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Document data sources, methodologies, and analysis results
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiative, contributing data analysis expertise to support business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Economics, or a related discipline preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, and functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including creating and delivering presentations
• Demonstrated ability to create effective data visualizations using appropriate tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, - experience with any visualization tool is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $47K to $70K.This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
