Description:

Stella & Chewy's is a beloved brand in the pet food industry.
Seeking a skilled and passionate Director of DTC to drive our online sales.
The Direct-to-Consumer Director will execute Stella & Chewy's online DTC strategy.
Lead CRO initiatives to improve website conversion rates and maximize sales.
Develop and implement a comprehensive DTC ecommerce strategy.
Oversee all aspects of the DTC website, including user experience and checkout optimization.
Analyze website performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ecommerce activities.
Establish a culture of experimentation to efficiently grow the performance media budget.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in leading and scaling ecommerce operations for a high-growth DTC brand.
Deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, including website design, user experience, online marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience with popular ecommerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics).
Preferred : Experience in the pet industry or a subscription driven industry.
Proficiency in ecommerce tools and platforms, especially Shopify.
Experience working with/managing agencies and holding them accountable for KPIs.
Creative thinker with experience in developing and executing strategies.
Proactive, results-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
