Available hours include mornings, mid-day, evenings, and weekends. Minimum commitment: 15 hours/week.</p> <p><strong>Training Program</strong><br />– 2 hours of video onboarding<br />– Practice with simulated tickets and chat sessions<br />– First live shift reviewed by QA<br />– Most hires begin working within 3–5 days</p> <p><strong>Example Work Session</strong><br />You sign in at 8 AM. A customer emails asking how to download their course—you reply with a link and instructions. A live chat pops up with a billing question—you confirm their account and issue a correction. Another user asks how to apply a promo code—you respond using a saved reply. No phones.
