In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and efficient technical support and assistance to customers through our live chat platform.Pay: $19.82 - $32.54 per hourKey Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform and provide prompt and accurate technical support.- Use a variety of tools and resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products and services.- Proactively identify and escalate any issues or concerns raised by customers to the appropriate departments.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing courteous and professional assistance.- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up on any unresolved issues in a timely manner.- Continuously update your knowledge of our products, procedures, and services to ensure accurate and consistent support for our customers.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent experience.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a technical or scientific industry.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.- Experience using live chat platforms and familiarity with customer support software.- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term customer relationships.Why Work for Us:At Mercodia, we believe that our employees are our most valuable asset.
