- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health status and history
- Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans based on patients' needs
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, families, and groups
- Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate health records in compliance with regulations
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the United States
- Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or related field
- At least two years of clinical experience in psychiatric nursing
- Strong knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote practice effectively
