You'll work behind the scenes to identify vendor sources, action pricing updates, and ensure our substitute products are accurately represented for smart optimization decisions. You'll play a key role in optimizing live orders—analyzing real-time data to recommend substitutions or adjustments that maximize revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction and fulfillment efficiency.Key Responsibilities
  • Add or update vendor pricing and availability for high-volume and high-impact SKUs
  • Map product substitutes and suggest viable alternatives
  • Execute catalog enhancements to reduce customer friction and improve fulfillment rates
  • Partner with the Data team to QA product enrichment initiatives
  • Source information from vendor sites with speed and accuracy
  • Identify optimization opportunities that improve customer savings or Order.co revenue
  • Implement impactful time-of-order optimizations and facilitate live quotes to vendor contacts
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For
  • Detail-oriented executor with a knack for spotting inconsistencies in data
  • Strong written communication skills and follow-through
  • Comfort navigating e-commerce sites and vendor portals
  • 1+ year in data entry, merchandising, operations, or e-commerce preferred
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and comfort learning new tools
  • New York based candidates strongly preferred
