  • Be the front line for MA customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Help patrons with account updates, payments, and application processing
  • Research and resolve disputes and billing adjustments
  • Accurately enter data and maintain detailed records
  • Assist with expired credit cards, replenishment options, balance updates, and more
  • Follow structured daily schedules with attention to punctuality and professionalism
  • Support weekend coverage 1–2 Saturdays per month (9AM–1PM) with time off during the week
  • Participate in quality assurance activities like call monitoring and reporting
What You Bring to the Table:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (strongly preferred)
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Reliable transportation for in-office training in Auburn, MA (10-14 weeks)
  • A professional, positive attitude—especially when assisting customers
  • Ability to adhere to a structured schedule and stay focused in a remote environment after training
Training Details:
  • Paid training for approximately 10-14 weeks in our Auburn, MA office
  • After successful completion, you’ll work from home
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (strongly preferred)
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Reliable transportation for in-office training in Auburn, MA (10-14 weeks)
  • A professional, positive attitude—especially when assisting customers
