We are looking for a dependable individual capable of accurately maintaining the company’s files/records. Computer skills with MS Office (primarily Word and Excel). Attention to detail is necessary.Job duties will include:

• Accurate data entry on a variety of spreadsheets/databases

• Filing and maintaining project folders

• Excellent client services skills: greeting, announce, and direct visitors

• Ability to answer a multi-line phone system, successfully fielding incoming calls efficiently and professionally

Job Type: Part Time, hours are negotiable during business operation hoursPay: $15 - $18 per hour DOEHours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PMWORK ENVIRONMENT:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
