With our competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, we have the right opportunities to fit your life and launch your career today.Essential Functions:Ensure system technical compliance with the program Statement of Work (SOW), system requirements, and manage scope control of technical team.Manage the vertical and horizontal technical integration throughout the product teams and program life cycle.Support proposal development and new program acquisition effortsInterpret statements of work assigned by program leadership.Develop and execute to meet project budgets and schedules, including critical path management, Estimates-at-Completion (EACs), and workload forecasts.This position is contingent upon AwardBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience, a Master's degree with 10 years of experience or a PhD with 7 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Physics, Applied Mathematics, or related technical fields.Experience in agile software development methodologies including Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum or KanbanExperience in developing and maintaining requirements and technical documentation.Able to prioritize, execute and delegate tasks in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.Basic Understanding of MBSE tools and software, such as Cameo Enterprise Architect or other industry-specific MBSE toolsAbility to work 100% on-site full-time in Bellevue, NEActive Department of Defense Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearancePreferred Qualifications:Experience using MBSE & CameoData Analysis & RF Mission processingSalary Range: $147,700.00 - $221,500.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
