Join our team as a Customer Support Live Chat Agent and provide top-notch service to clients on our online shop. Your role will focus on engaging with customers through written communication channels like chat and messaging, aiming to enhance their shopping experience, address their concerns, and boost customer satisfaction and loyalty. What You’ll Do... Log in to our live chat portal each morning and begin interacting with customers, addressing their queries promptly and efficiently. Utilize the live chat software’s built-in features to respond to common questions swiftly, and rely on your chat supervisor for guidance with more complex issues. Complete a brief yet comprehensive training program (1-2 hours) before starting, ensuring you’re fully prepared to provide excellent service. Contract Duration: Open Rate: $35 per hour Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized and professional chat support to online shop visitors. Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and guide them through our website, leveraging the tools and training provided. Collaborate with your supervisor and team members to continuously improve the service quality. Requirements: Access to a device with internet capability for using chat and messaging functions (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop). Able to work autonomously, with a keen ability to adhere to guidelines and follow detailed instructions. Available to work between 5 and 40 hours per week with a dependable internet connection. Skills/Background: No previous experience in chat support necessary; you’ll receive all required training. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential. Must be proactive, attentive to details, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment. Location: Entirely remote, ideally within the United States.
