Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of NSD's National Accounts
• Manage a team of employees to ensure that all aspects of the accounts are being proactively serviced
• Proactively service the needs to assigned client base by building excellent working relationships at all levels
• Support the implementation, growth and ongoing maintenance of assigned accounts
• Provide timely resolution of client requests and work to provide continuous improvement on NSD performance
• Review account performance and provide interpretation and communication on performance levels for management and client meetings
• Act as subject matter experts on client specific operations procedures and practices
• Manage operational processes to ensure SLAs and key metrics are achieved
• Perform analysis of account activity and revenue growth
• Provide quality internal and external communication both written and orally regarding client expectations, requests and delivery procedures
• Exceed client expectations and sell NSD's value proposition through effective delivery of services
• Identify new sales opportunities and revenue growth potential within existing accounts
• Cultivate key client relationships and lead regular business reviews, presentations and proposals
• Act as a control to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
• Drive the development and execution of specific strategic client programs to enhance satisfaction and create value for clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years related industry experience
• Ability to create reports, business correspondence and procedures
• Effectively communicate and present information
• Ability to problem solve and deal with an array of variables in a time-sensitive environment
• High-level of written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and be a strong self-starter
• Must have excellent teamwork skills
• Successfully manage of team of employees
• Driven by a constant focus of impeccable customer satisfaction
• Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and other database applications
