  • Collaborate with team members and report issues or feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required).
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory – we provide full training.
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and communication tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
