Key Responsibilities of the Customer Care Agent:

- Help track and analyze with the Customer Care Agent team customer interactions and sales performance
Qualifications and Requirements for the Customer Care Agent Role:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or as a Customer Care Agent
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and teammates in face-to-face settings
