I?m looking for a results-driven rental marketing expert to help me maximize occupancy and revenue from my single-family property currently listed on Airbnb. Long-term: Zillow, Zumper, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Realtor.com, etc. ? Ensure platform-specific optimization for visibility and compliance with listing standards. ? Implement or suggest dynamic pricing tools or strategies (e.g., PriceLabs, Wheelhouse). ? Provide a plan or setup for availability calendar sync and guest management tools (optional, but a plus). ? Recommend or set up automation tools for messaging, reviews, and guest experience enhancements. Ideal Candidate Will Have: ? Proven experience in optimizing rental property listings (Airbnb Superhost or experience managing multiple listings preferred). ? Strong understanding of rental platform algorithms, SEO, and pricing optimization. ? Graphic design or photo editing skills OR access to a network of photo professionals. ? Excellent communication and copywriting skills. ? Experience with tools like Hostaway, Hospitable, PriceLabs, or comparable. ? Familiarity with U.S. rental markets and regulations.
