ModSquad is actively seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our dynamic network of professionals. In this fully remote role, you’ll handle a variety of customer interactions, responding to inquiries through inbound phone calls, emails, chat, and SMS. You’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and resolving customer concerns for our diverse clientele across industries, including tech, e-commerce, gaming, and entertainment. As a Mod in our network, you’ll have the flexibility to work from any private location, manage your schedule, and choose projects that match your skills and interests. - Experience with inbound/outbound calls, emails, chat, and SMS messaging support
- Excellent writing & communication skills
- Zendesk or other CRM experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs, while handling customer communications
- Ability to show empathy and be apologetic when necessary
- Able to work as part of a team and independently
- Able to follow client policies & guidelines while remaining objective

- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
- Willingness to install ModSquad's security software and 2FA app on your mobile device.
- Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
- Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater
- 8 GB RAM or better
- Dual monitors highly recommended
