Your assistance is critical in producing our popular snacks, such as Classic Lay's, Cheetos, and Doritos. This employment prospect may lead to career advancements within our parent company, PepsiCo. Work Environment: • Be prepared to stand or walk for the most of your work hours for this physically challenging job • A spacious setting allows for the proliferation of noise levels in the surroundings • Indoor working conditions can be impacted by seasonal and weather changes owing to the fact that temperature regulation is limited Key Responsibilities: • The process of moving pallets and individual cases onto and out of trailers • Retrieve unused pallet slats and transfer them to a designated storage facility • Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology • Certification is critical to ensure that operators’ skills meet certification standards while also guaranteeing the workplace's safety • There are two ways to load freight onto a trailer - either by using carts to transport the boxes or by stacking them directly onto the trailer's floor • The task at hand requires the receipt and allocation of items as well as aiding in the weekly stock check • The implementation of proper sanitation standards in a facility mandates the completion of tasks such as sweeping floors, cleaning trailers, and removing trash to maintain cleanliness and hygiene • Carry out responsibilities that involve handling loads weighing between 15 and 50 pounds, with or without necessary modifications Minimum Requirements: • In many countries, the legal age for drinking and smoking is 18 years or above • Employees who are able to work on weekends, holidays, and off-shifts often possess a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for their job duties • The aptness to lift loads within the weight bracket of 15 to 50 pounds, with or without viable adjustments • Skill to maintain an upright posture and move about for prolonged stretches, even if reasonable adjustments are not provided • The position requires an employee with good physical conditions.
