Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation. Leverage AI-powered tools, machine learning models, and predictive analytics to optimize campaign performance and enable data-driven decision-making. Implement and manage marketing automation workflows using HubSpot or similar platforms. Oversee SEO/SEM strategies by conducting advanced keyword analysis, implementing technical SEO improvements, and utilizing automated reporting tools. Design, execute, and refine paid advertising campaigns using advanced targeting strategies, A/B testing, and real-time bid optimization. Develop performance dashboards to track key marketing KPIs and inform strategic decisions. Manage and enhance content marketing efforts with a focus on data-driven insights, NLP-driven content recommendations, and AI-assisted copywriting. Collaborate with developers and data engineers to integrate marketing analytics with internal data platforms. Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Sales Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with customer needs and revenue goals. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, automation, and analytics.
Qualifications
Proficiency in marketing strategies, machine learning models, and predictive analytics. Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, HubSpot, and advanced data visualization techniques. Strong expertise in marketing, and multi-channel attribution modeling. Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.
