Job Overview: Access Healthcare is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and organized Healthcare Recruiter to join our fast-paced team. This role involves engaging with potential candidates, matching them to exciting contract opportunities, and managing the full recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: • Respond quickly and enthusiastically to inquiries from potential candidates seeking contract roles. • Match candidates to open healthcare contracts available through Access Healthcare. • Construct competitive and accurate pay packages based on provided monetary figures. • Provide clear and timely answers to candidates' questions regarding available opportunities. • Build professional profiles to submit candidates for contracts. • Enter and manage candidate information in various vendor management systems (VMS). • Submit candidate profiles to potential contracts available through Access Healthcare. • Foster strong relationships with candidates and vendor partners. • Source and engage with nursing groups via social media to promote open positions. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding processes. • Take on additional recruiting-related tasks as needed by company leadership.
