Job Requirements The following are the minimum requirements for the Residential Electrician position. ? Minimum 4 years of prior professional-level residential electrical experience ? Valid driver?s license and clean driving record ? Own your own hand tools ? Able to pass a drug test and background check ? Reside within a 20 mile radius of our service area Pay and Benefits The starting pay range for our Residential Electrician is $60,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year, depending on your level of experience and job performance. Our techs are paid a base hourly rate PLUS incentives based on performance, additional work performed, and overall job profitability.
