Preparing all KFC food ? Partnering with other Team Members and Managers to meet target goals during your shift ? Restaurant Cleanliness ? Ensuring items are well stocked All Employees: ? Presents a neat, clean appearance, in company uniform ? Greets each customer they encounter with a smile and a word of welcome or departure ? Maintains a clean and safe environment for customers ? Prepares work area for service ? Serves customers according to all company procedures and standards ? Work with management and fellow employees - Cooperation with peers - work with fellow employees as part of a team, helps others when they need a hand ? Attendance must be reliable - Cooperation with Management - is open and receptive to requests, demonstrates flexibility and dependability - Initiative and Energy - takes action without being told, goes beyond what is simply required, maintains a high activity level ? Perform Cleaning, Stocking ? Keeps all food and service areas, equipment and utensils clean and organized throughout the day ? Performs all cleaning tasks as assigned and on schedule ?
